Power the Wireless Area Controller (WAC).
• This product requires 120VAC only for power. The Wireless Area Controller contained inside is a PoE powered device with a
120VAC PoE injector pre-wired for installer convenience.
4.
Input power connection
• The entry point for the supply wiring is via the ¾" conduit on the bottom of the chassis.
• Use a suitable conduit to feed the source wiring safely into the chassis.
• See the diagram below for connection details.
• Please consult the image below for details about the maximum permissible supply wire gauges.
• Please do not touch the heating unit or let any wiring near it, as the surface may be very hot.

For network communications, a wired Ethernet connection is required. Connect Ethernet cables appropriate for the application up
to a MAX distance of 300ft (91m) to building LAN.
6.
Connect to building network.
7.
Create Construction Group - see section on construction grouping.
8.
Finalize programing using the WaveLinx Pro Mobile App.

9.
Document the IEEE address found on the bottom of the WAC inside the enclosure on the site floor plans.
