WARRANTY
- BTV S.L. GUARANTEES the quality of the product that it covers, in the legally established terms, during the
determined period and from the date of delivery to the end user or consumer:
3-year
guarantee for all its products destined for the final consumer.
1 year
warranty for all its products intended for business use.
- BTV S.L. GUARANTEES through its national network of Technical Assistance Services (SAT), the indicated minibar,
against any manufacturing, mechanical or electronic defect that affects its operation for the period indicated
above from the date of purchase, presenting this completed certificate , together with invoice or purchase ticket.
- This guarantee does not cover failures caused by causes not attributable to the minibar, such as violence,
accidents, improper use, poor installation, lack of maintenance...
- The guarantee will be canceled if the minibar is manipulated by people outside our organization.
- During the warranty period, the parts and labor for the repair will be paid by BTV, S.L. The displacement of a
technician is not included in the guarantee.
- Factory will not accept any merchandise if the delivery has not previously been agreed with the central SAT
(Technical Assistance Service).
- This guarantee does not affect the rights available to the consumer in accordance with Law 3/2014.
VERY IMPORTANT: This guarantee certificate must remain in your possession. It is essential to present it to the
SAT together with the invoice or purchase ticket and the information requested duly completed by the selling
establishment: Date of sale and stamp of the establishment.
The replaced parts will remain in the possession of the SAT.
In the event of any incident, contact your usual provider, the nearest SAT through the website serviciotecnico.btv.es
Product information:
This product must not be disposed of with other household waste. Instead, it must be
disposed of in designated public collection and recycling points.
