These data are approximate and depend on many different factors.
Before cooking or heating food, its temperature must be about 20-25 ºC. Higher or lower
temperature of the food before cooking would require increasing or decreasing cooking time.
Food's temperature, weight and shape will strongly influence the microwave effect on the
cooking process. Adjust time in order to obtain the best result.
Example: Steaming 0.45 kg of fish.

After powering up, the display panel shows the colon sign.

Press the Cooking button to select the preset programme.

Press the Start button to start operation. The LED will display the countdown.
Automatic start

This function allows you to set cooking program and time, so at the pre-set time, the pre-
set programme will automatically start operating. In order to activate this mode:
1.
Set the time. If the time is correctly set, move on to step 2 on the table.
2. Set the cooking programme.

Perfect for cooking 100 g of popcorn.
Perfect for cooking 0.15 kg of pizza.
Perfect for heating 250 ml of liquid. Liquid must be between 5 ºC and
10 ºC. Do not seal the liquid container.
Perfect for heating 500 ml of liquid. Liquid must be between 5 ºC and
10 ºC. Do not seal the liquid container.
Perfect for cooking potato cubes (5 mm height and width), 0.45 kg
maximum. Place potato cubes on a large tray or container and cover it
with a thin film to prevent water loss.
