In case of high front
panels with operating
sensors (if installed):
A drawer does not open
when touched
When contacting an authorized expert, please have the following information ready:
• Serial number and part number at the power unit, see figure 3.
• Serial number and part number at the drawer drive,
see figure 4.
• Conditions in which the problem occurred.
» Make sure that the range of required tasks can be narrowed down,
and the required spare part ordered, using the table.
Cause
The power cable connected
to the power unit has come
loose or is defective.
The power outlet is not sup-
plied with power.
The power unit is defective.
The connector of the cable
connected to the optional
operating sensors is not con-
tacted.
The optional operating sen-
sors mounted to the carcass
are defective.
The drive is defective.
Remedy
Connect the power cable or
check it for correct fit, see
"Checking the connectors"
(chapter 5.2).
Use a different power outlet
and call an expert.
Have the power unit repla-
ced by an authorized expert.
Check the connectors for
correct fit, see "Checking
the connectors" (chapter
5.2).
Have the operating sensors
repaired by an authorized
expert.
Have the carcass rail repla-
ced by an authorized expert.
