The time counts down. If you have set a cooking time
for several hotplates, the shortest cooking time will be
displayed. The x indicator for the hotplate lights up
brightly.
When the cooking time has elapsed, the hotplate
switches off. lights up in the hotplate display.
A signal sounds. lights up in the timer display for
one minute. The x hotplate display flashes. Touch
any control. The displays go out and the acoustic
signal ceases.
Use the touch button to select the hotplate. Touch the
3 symbol and change the cooking time or set to 00.
If you would like to call up the remaining cooking time
for a hotplate: Use the touch button to select the
hotplate. The cooking time is displayed for 5 seconds.
You can set a cooking time of up to 99 minutes.
You can use this function to preselect a cooking time
for all hotplates. Each time a hotplate is switched on,
the preselected cooking time then counts down.
When the cooking time has elapsed, the hotplate
switches off automatically.

in the Basic settings section.
You can change the cooking time for a hotplate or
switch off the automatic timer for the hotplates.
Use the knob to select the hotplate. Touch the 3
symbol and change the cooking time or set to 00.
You can use the kitchen timer to set a time of up
to 99 minutes. It runs independently of all the other
settings.
No hotplate should have been selected.
