Turny Low Vehicle Getting seated
9. Fit seat belt
Always strive to achieve the following seat belt geometry as illustrated below.
Specified degrees are obtained from the legal requirement /
ECE R-14, Revision 5, seat belt attachment points
Belt buckle
Horizontal plane
If the original belt has any kind of belt pretensioner or switch, adapt the cabling to
allow connection to Turny Low Vehicle. The illustration on the next page shows a
right-swivelling Turny Low Vehicle.

Cut original connectors
Cut original connectors on belt
attachment, belt buckle and associ-
ated cabling on the floor under the
seat.

Plug in new connections
Replace original connections
according to the illustration on
the next page with supplied plug
connections. Make sure the cable
colours on the plug connections
match those of the cable on Turny
Low Vehicle.
Lower anchoring point
30-80°

Fit seat belt
Fit according to the illustration on
the next page using the energy
brackets, nuts and bolts supplied.
Use the washer supplied if the hole
pattern in the OEM belt attach-
ment is too big for the bolt.
