STEEL CABLE
During the equipment use the cable may be damaged for misuse or lack of maintenance.
Sometimes the steel cable can be damaged even if it is not shown if it is damaged. Stay alert and
always observe any kind of problem as a cable. Do not use and do not allow the equipment to be
used if the steel cable is damaged. Below are some examples of damaged steel cable.
TWISTED STEEL CABLE
Always check the steel cable if you find twists immediately replace the cable.
BULGES ON THE STEEL CABLE
If the cable ruptures internally, a bulge may emerge on the exterior part of the cable, replace the
cable immediately.
LOOSE WIRES
Replace any exposed steel cable at the ends
CRUSHED STEEL CABLE
Smashed steel cable or outside of its original form may cause rupture or damage to other parts of
the equipment.
TWISTED STEEL CABLE
Twisted steel cable or outside of its original form may cause ruptures or damage other parts of the
equipment
