POSSIBLE CAUSES
Sparks block the hole.
The wire slips on the drive rolls.
One of the drive rolls spins and the wire slips
The torch cable is tangled up.
Reel brake or roller too tighten.
Liner/wire guide dirty or damaged.
Drive roll axis pin is missing
Reel brake is too tightened.
Bad connection of the mains plug.
Bad earth connection.
No power.
Wire guide/torch liner is crushed.
Wire is blocked in the torch.
No capillary tube.
Wire speed is too high.
The gas flow is insufficient.
Gas bottle empty.
Gas quality unsatisfactory.
Air circulation or wind influence.
Gas nozzle is too drity.
Bad wire quality.
Bad quality of the welding surface (rust, etc ....)
The gas is not connected
Arc voltage is too low or too high.
Bad earth connection.
Insufficient gas protection.
Bad gas connection.
An error occured during calibration, it is cancelled
and may be performed again.
The SD card data is wrong or corrupted.
Number of maximum saves exceeded, no saved slots
available.
Some of your JOBs were deleted because they are
incompatible with the new synergies.
Cooling circuit blocked
The cooling unit is not detected while it was present
at the start of the machine.
There is not enough water left in the cooling tank.
-
No JOB detected in the SD card
No memory slot left
The file «...» does not match with the downloaded
synergies
The battery seems drained
The fan is not rotating at the right speed.

SOLUTIONS
Clean the contact tube or change it and apply anti-
spatter spray.
Apply anti-spatter spray.
Check that the the drive rolls are probably tightened.
The torch cable must be as straight as possible.
Release the brake and rollers
Clean or replace.
Reposition the pin
Release the brake.
Check plug connections and check that the each of
the 3 phases is connected and power supplied.
Check the earth cable (connections and clamp).
Check the torch trigger
Check the torch liner/body.
Replace or clean.
Check the presence of the capillary tube.
Reduce the wire speed.
Setting range from 15 to 20 L/min.
Clean the metal.
Replace it.
Replace it.
Avoid draughts, protect the welding zone.
Clean the gas nozzle or replace it.
Use the right welding wire for MIG/MAG welding.
Clean the workpiece before welding.
Check that the gas is connected to the machine
input.
See welding settings.
Check and put the earth clamp as close as possible to
the welding zone.
Adjust the gas flow.
Check the gas connections
Check that the valve is operating properly
Press next to exit
Check the data.
Delete some of the program to free slots.
The number of slots is limited to a 100.
-
"Check the torch cooling circuit.
It may be necessary to drain the circuit and change
the liquid."
Check the cooling unit connectors.
Add water or check the water level
Check Push Pull torch connectors
-
Free some space on the SD card.
The file was created with synergies which are not
present of the machine.
Change the battery.
Unplug the machine, check it and restart it.
Cooling circuit to be checked
Check your mains power supply.
Check your mains power supply and three phase
connections.
Check that the wire feeding flow is correct and the
power supply installation (voltage, 3 phases).
