The voltage of your electrical installation must correspond
to that of the appliance. Connecting to the wrong voltage
may cause irreversible damage to the appliance and will
invalidate the guarantee.
ALWAYS FOLLOW THESE IMPORTANT SAFETY
INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE USING:
Do not use this appliance for purposes other than what it was intended for.
To reduce the risk of burns from hot water or steam, always hold the steam
head away from your body during operation.
To avoid electric shock, never immerse the appliance in water or any other
liquid.
Always turn the appliance «OFF» before plugging it in to, or removing it from
the outlet. Grasp the plug and pull to remove it from the outlet; never pull on
the cord. Do not operate the appliance if the power cord is damaged.
Disconnect the appliance from the electrical outlet when filling the water tank,
emptying or when not in use. Fill only the water tank with water; do not pour
directly into the water reservoir.
Never point the steam head at people or animals, or steam the garment while
wearing.
Use caution when using the appliance near children; never leave children unat-
tended near the appliance.
Let the appliance cool completely before storage and do not allow the power
cord to touch hot surfaces.
This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with
reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and
knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning
use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.*
Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appli-
ance.*
Do not operate the appliance if it has been dropped or damaged, if there are
visible signs of damage or if it is leaking.
