6. Power Transfer & Charging Mode
Insert a fully charged spare battery into the battery tray and secure
connections, the blue LED (13) will light up; then plug in any USB
rechargeable hand-held device into the USB port (17). The blue LED
(16) will light up. The charger starts transferring the spare battery as
power source via 5V USB to charge any USB devices. When charging
is completed, the blue LED (16) will turn off.
Notes:
-
To avoid over discharge, please remove the spare battery as soon
as the blue LED (13) is off.

When 2 AA/AAA batteries are used as power source in power
transfer mode, the red LED (14) will stay on.

When the blue LED (13) turns off, it indicates that the battery may
be exhausted or the USB rechargeable hand-held device has been
fully charged.
7. Manual Rejuvenating Function (REVIVE)
When the blue LED (13) stays off after correct connection, it indicates
the following:
A
The spring contactors do not make correct contact with the battery
connectors. Please re-adjust the spring connectors with battery
connector until the blue LED (13) turns on.
OR
B
If the battery has not been used for a long time or when it is
over-discharged, place the inside spring contactors with the
positive (+) and negative (-) of the battery (please refer to Fig. A).
(Attention: Only inside two spring contactors are active for this
function)
Plug the AC or DC adapter into the power input socket (9), press and
hold the "Revive" button (5) on the left side of the charger for 3 seconds
until (13) and (15) LED turn on, then release the button (5) to start
charging.
