6. OPERATING ADJUSTMENTS
6.1 Programming Micro-switches
In the circuit there is a block of 6 micro switches to program functions.
Micro-switch 1, close dalay. If ON, motor 2 startsclosing 3 segundos before that motor
1.
It allows the leafs to always reach the closing position in the correct order if its
necessary.
Micro-switch 2, Invert. If ON, the motors push a second in the closing direction before
start opening.
It is only useful if an electric lock (not included in the kit) is installed.
Micro-switch 3, set to ON for single motor operation. Single-leaf doors.
Micro-switch 4, automatic close. If ON, the door closes automaticaly after the time
programmed in switches 5 and 6.
Micro-switches 5 and 6, automatic close time.

6.2 Self-learning operating times:
The control board memorizes automatically all the gate displacements and programmes
automatically leaf's slowdown in proximity of the limits switches after 2 complete
manoeuvres.
6.3 Sensitivity setting
In the circuit there are two adjustment potentiometers VR1 and VR2 to regulate the
sensitivity that the motors will have to an obstacle.
If the maximum level is exceeded while the motor is close to the limits switches(during
the slowdown), it is interpreted as the end of stroke and away from the limits switches
(during normal speed) it is interpreted as an obstacle. In this case if the door is opening
it stops, if it is closing it reverses the movement and opens.
Turning to the right increases the sensitivity. Turning left is reduced.
They must be adjusted for each door.
If the sensitivity is set too high it is possible that the obstacle detector operates without
obstacles, due to the weight of the door.
