switches the dryer on again when the tem-
perature reaches +9° C.
If the measured temperature exceeds the
preset upper or lower limit values, the ECO
indicator F goes out and the RL 1 relay is ac-
tivated.
Alarms
If the measured temperature exceeds the
preset alarm thresholds, the red ALM indica-
tor E lights up and the RL 2 relay is activated.
If the measured temperature falls within the
alarm thresholds again, the ALM indicator E
goes out and the RL 2 relay is deactivated.

Service the condensate discharger
10.1
Before each maintenance
task
1. Close the compressed air supply line.
2. Remove the left side plate.
3. Press the TEST button on the condensate
discharger to discharge the condensate,
test the function of the discharger and
depressurise the compressed air cold
dryer.
4. Switch off the compressed air cold dryer
at the ON/OFF switch, disconnect the
power plug.
5. Perform maintenance tasks.
6. Attach the side plate again.

Clean refrigerant condens-
er
1. Clean the condensing area on the hous-
ing (perforated panel) with a soft brush.
2. If necessary, remove the housing hood
and clean the condenser directly with a
soft brush.
3. Attach the side plate and housing hood
again.

After use
1. If available: set the bypass line slowly to
the "bypass" position (see bypass line in-
struction manual).
2. If the air supply line is closed at both
ends, shut down the compressed air cold
dryer at the ON/OFF switch.
The
DK 10000
switched on at all times so that the com-
pressor heater can operate continuously
and prevent preheating phases from ini-
tiating.

Service the condensate dis-
charger
See fig. 6a.
Bekomat condensate discharger
The service unit on the condensate discharg-
er must be replaced every year.
1. Push in the snap-in hook (item 02) and
remove the control unit (item 01).
2. Disconnect the service unit from the sup-
ply and discharge lines (item 04 + 03).
Unclip the housing to open (item 06).
3. Install the correct control unit for the
service unit (item 05), paying attention
to the model designation and the colour
of the snap-in hook.
4. Check the connections for leaks during
operation.
