Pairing (first time the device is used)
When you connect

Troubleshooting
Your Walkman
cannot
charge the
battery or
is not
recognized on
your
computer.
The USB Type-C
cab le (supp
li
ed) is
not
connected
to
a
USB
connector on your computer properly.
Disconnect
the USB Type-C
cab le, and
then reconnect
it.
The
charge lamp on
the
Wa lkman
li
ghts
up
in
orange wh
il
e
the
battery is charg
in
g, and goes off
when
the
charg
in
g is comp leted.
The
battery of your Wa
lkm
an
may
be depleted. Charge
the
battery for at least 30
minutes.
To
ensure that your Wa
lkm
an is
recognized
by your computer, se lect [Fi le
Transfer]
in
the [Use
USB
for]
menu
disp layed on the Wa lkman.
If
the

does
not
