3-2 FUNCTIONS

HOLD button
In a difficult or badly lit environment, this button holds the display on the last
value for subsequent reading.
This function applies to all the positions of the switch.
NB: Turning the switch inhibits the HOLD function.
Rotary switch: main functions
Switch on by selection of the main function: A amp, V volt, Ω ohm,
continuity sound test, ADP adapter.
NB: the diode test function is accessible via the secondary functions.
Manual OFF
NB: When switched on, the clamp is in automatic mode: display without
RANGE, without HOLD, on AC mode, without MIN/MAX, without diode
test
Secondary function buttons
When the main function is selected, these buttons qualify the signal that is
present.
MIN/MAX: measurement of the MIN value or the MAX value. Accessible
for all the main functions and frequency (Hz).
AC / DC :
- for the A and V functions, allows switching from AC mode selected
when switched on, to DC mode.
- for the function selected when switched on, allows switching to the
diode test function.
