the car equipped with the manual gearbox, place the wheels
in straight direction. In addition, fix the wheels that will not
be separated from the surface with wedge-shaped supports.
Make sure there is nobody inside the car.
Find in the car operating instruction where the body shell has
the counterparts which can be used to lift the car with the
jack. Place the jack with the completely lowered rod under
the car opposite the counterpart for jacks.
Close the shut-off valve by turning it with the jack handle
clockwise against the stop, then insert the handle into the
pump socket and swing it slowly until the pressure pad of the
jack rod touches the counterpart on the body shell.
Check the position of the pressure pad of the jack. Ensure
that:
1. the counterpart on the body shell is precisely on the pad
centre;
2. car will not slide off the jack;
3. the rod and the pressure pad of the jack will not damage
any parts and details of the car.
Lift the car to the required height by swinging the jack handle.
Place special supports or stands under the body shell.
Slowly turn the release valve with the handle counterclockwise
until the car starts lowering to the supports. Ensure that the
supports reliably hold the lifted car.
Before lowering the car after completing the works, make
sure there are no people and foreign objects under the car.

the lowering of the car should be slow and smooth.
ATTENTION!
Abrupt lowering can lead to the fall of the car
from the jack and injure the operator.
After the car has been completely and stably lowered on the
wheels, wait till the pressure pad of the jack is removed from
the counterpart of the car. Then remove the jack, lower the
rod completely and close the release valve by turning it with
the jack handle clockwise against the stop.
MAINTENANCE AND CARE
When the jack is not used, the jack rod should be completely
lowered. It will protect it against corrosion.
Lubricate moving parts of the jack regularly: main rod, pump
rod. Use any engine oil for lubrication.

Corrective action
Check the oil level with
following the instruction:
1. Turn the release valve
counterclockwise to lower
the rod completely. If the
rod does not go down, use
force.
2. Remove the oil filler plug.
The oil level should be at
the level of the bottom
point of the oil filler. If the
level is lower, add oil to the
necessary level. Use only
the recommended oil.
3. Re-install the oil filler
plug back.
4. Close the release
valve and move the
jack rod up and down
completely several times.
It will distribute the oil
completely within the
whole system. In the most
cases, it helps to recover
the operation of the
product.
5. Check the operation of
the jack.
