Possible Causes

The pot lid is not put or locked in place.

The pot is not installed or is installed incorrectly.

The overvoltage protection is triggered.

High-temperature alert is triggered by

the sensor at the pot boom.

The IGBT temperature is too high.

The IGBT sensor is damaged.

The sensor at pot boom is damaged.

Heating communication has an error.

The coil plate has an open circuit.

The pot is not locked in place.

The motor overcurrent protection is triggered.

The motor high-voltage protection is triggered.

Solutions

Put the pot lid in place and press rmly,

then try again.

Align the pot to the correct position and

install it, then try again.
