The steam cannot froth.
When the espresso side does not pour coffee despite having water in the tank, first turn
on the machine in the ESPRESSO part (the one with the coffee, not the vaporizer). Then
open the vaporizer screw-in valve and wait for it to stop pouring out the residual steam
that it has. Once it has stopped, press Start and the water will come out through the
steam duct in the form of a jet. After a few seconds stop it with the button Stop and then
close the steam valve. Wait for a few seconds after which the espresso part will pour when
you press the Start button.
Note: Do not take apart the appliance by yourself if the cause of failure is not found, you
had
better contact certified serving center.
