TIPS FOR JUICING

Choose fresh fruits and vegetables, which contain more juice, especial-
ly suitable ingredients: apples, pears, grapes, melons (watermelon, Hami melon,
etc.)

It is necessary to remove the thick skin of ingredients such as Hami melon
and beetroot. The seeds of citrus fruits will make the juice bitter, so it is recom-
mended to remove them.

The juice yield and taste of fruit depend on the freshness and variety of
the selected fruit; 4 fresh apple juice will turn brown quickly, which is a normal
oxidation phenomenon;

The juicy and soft ingredients, such as strawberries, tomatoes, kiwi fruit,
oranges, etc., contain less juice. It is recommended to squeeze juice with hard and
juicy ingredients, and the softer ingredients should be squeezed first, and then the
harder ones;

Food materials with more fiber, such as sugarcane, are not suitable for this
product

Ingredients containing starch, such as banana, papaya, avocado, fig and
