Cozze's warranty includes the following:
5-year warranty
• Corrosion of load-bearing steel structure on ovens and trolleys (frames).
• Enamelled steel materials (tables, lids).
• Stainless steel materials, flash rust not included.
2-year warranty
• Gas burners.
• Flame retarders, protect burners.
• Barbecue racks
NB – there is no warranty on plastic parts
The above warranty is subject to the following conditions:
• The Cozze product is used according to the instructions in the user manual.
• It is properly assembled in accordance with the instructions.
• It is maintained and frequently cleaned.
• It is stored covered with a cover when the oven is not in use.
• Cozze winter storage: All wooden parts and accessories for Cozze products must be
stored indoors during the winter.
• The Cozze product must be connected to the correct type of gas.
• It must be placed on a level, secure surface.
• Non-original Cozze parts must not be installed on the Cozze product.
• The Cozze product must not be stored as a permanent component close to the sea or
swimming pools or spas containing chlorine.
Cleaning:
Cozze products have a long life provided the oven is cleaned after use.
• The burner unit in all Cozze ovens is stainless steel and can be cleaned using oven
cleaner if necessary.
• The interior and exterior of the Cozze product must be cleaned thoroughly after use.
• The inside of the oven and the pizza stone must be cleaned after use using a sponge
and hot water and washing-up liquid. Make sure to remove excess water and
detergents after cleaning.
• Barbecue racks must be cleaned in the same way with hot water and washing-up
liquid or oven cleaner. (Do not use a steel brush on the rack)
• The stainless steel parts can be lubricated using Caramba® multispray and a cotton
cloth.
