To prevent any risk of deterioration to the thermometer, do not
raise the sensor to voltages exceeding 24 V AC / DC, since
the sensor is electrically connected to the thermometer input.
If the thermometer is subjected to great variations in ambient
temperature, wait for 20 minutes after it becomes stable again
before continuing with measurement.
