Air inlet pipe
Air outlet pipe
An air inlet pipe can be connected to supply the incubator
with fresh air.
The vapors produced in the incubator during the heating
phase can be expelled through an air outlet pipe.
Vapors and gases which are detrimental to health and the
environment must be carried off by all means.
For this purpose, a temperature-resistant and corrosion-
proof air outlet pipe should be used, which can be
connected to the air outlet socket.
We recommend that you install a draft interruptor if several
incubators in a row are connected to a central exhaust
manifold (see illustration).

Bench
installation
Incubators (B 6060 and B 6120) can also be built into
laboratory benches. For safety reasons, the laboratory
benches must be of non-combustible materials in
accordance with DIN-Standard 4102. Installation is carried
out as follows:
* Connect the incubator to the line.
* Fit it underneath the bench, taking care not to damage
the power supply cable.
A spacer provides for clearance between the rear wall of
the laboratory bench and the incubator. Clearance all the
way around the unit must be at least 25 mm.
