Both switching and the activation/deactivation of
individual components may take several seconds.
The current status can be seen from the status LEDs
(refer to Section 3.5.3).

In cases where an external Bluetooth stick must be
used instead of the built-in Bluetooth stick, the built-
in Bluetooth stick can be deactivated using this tool.

Touch Recovery
The "Touch Recovery" application is designed to reset
touch calibration using the calibration values stored in
the BIOS.

This application is only to be used if the touch
screen calibration is not OK (after clicking onto the
touch screen with the pen, the mouse pointer does
not appear at the same location).

6.2

ELO Touchscreen

The purpose of the "ELO Touchscreen" application is to
calibrate the touch screen in the view concerned (hori-
zontal or vertical).

If calibration is to be performed for the 90° view, the
Horizontal / vertical view (insert symbol) key must
be pressed before starting ELO touch screen calibra-
tion to adjust the screen display accordingly.
1. Select "Start >> Control panel >> ELO Touch-
screen".
2. Select <Align>.
3. Touch <Marked locations> with the pen

To avoid errors, the line of vision must be vertically
above the calibration point. Click onto the calibrati-
on point as accurately as possible.
4. End successful calibration with <green tick>.
5. On completion of calibration, end the application
with <OK>.

It is only possible to perform configuration for the
other screen view after ending the ELO Touchscreen
application and then starting with the new screen
display.
