Solution
If the power switch is in the position of
"O", press the switch to " | ".
Charge the battery pack.
Contact an authorized dealer for as-
sistance.
If the power switch is in the position of
"O", press the switch to " | ".
Charge the battery pack.
Bring the jack into a warm area, al-
lowing the hydraulic oil to warm up.
Close release valve.
Contact an authorized dealer for as-
sistance.
If the power switch is in the position of
"O", press the switch to" | ".
Charge the battery pack.
Contact an authorized dealer for as-
sistance.
Remove base plate screw and apply
blue thread locking compound. Install
base plate screw.

products and batteries are protected
against all defects in materials, parts, or workmanship
under normal use for a period of 3 years (90 days
for commercial use) from the shipping date or in-store
purchase date.
At its own discretion, greenworks
replace, substitute with a comparable item, or issue a
refund for products that are determined to be defective
through normal use or that have been damaged during
shipment. Proof of purchase and product registration
is required. Replacement of products or parts subject
to normal wear and tear is the responsibility of the
customer.
This warranty is valid only for units which have been
maintained in accordance with the instructions found in
the operator manual supplied with the product; and for
units which have been registered in one of the following
ways:
