MAINTENANCE
Periodic visual inspection of this bath seat is recommended
to ensure that all parts and hardware are secure, that
components are in good working order and not worn,
torn, frayed, or loose, and that there are no obstructions
or impediments to normal, safe operation. If any part or
mechanism appears to be unsafe or damaged, do not use
the product. If you experience problems, please contact
Medline at 1-800-MEDLINE.
ASSEMBLY:
1. Remove contents from box
making sure you have all parts
described here.
2. Place seat upside down on a flat
surface surface with 5 mounting
holes facing upwards.
3. Align leg section A (the leg section
that has the concave area on the
underside) with the holes in seat.
Using a metal washer on each,
place and tighten the two hand-
screws in the outer holes. Do not
affix the middle hand-screw yet.
(Figure 1)
4. Align leg section B (the leg
section that has the concave area
on the top side) with the holes
in the seat. Place and tighten
the two outer holes, again using
the hand-screws and washers.
(Figure 2)
5. Place the middle hand-screw and
washer through the center hole
and tighten through the two legs.
(Figure 3)
NOTE: Please periodically check
the handscrews to make sure
