Initial Startup
Quasar 6
When starting the Quasar 6 up for the first time, charge the integrated set of rechargeable
batteries (4.8V / 2x2.4V) to become maximum operating time. Use the charger supplied
(see chapter 6.2).
Important! Only use the charger supplied.

Power Supply
6.1
Insert rechargeable batteries
The Quasar 6 green requires 2 NiMH rechargeable battery
packs.
•
Push together the tabs to the right and left on the battery com-
partment cover.
•
Pull off battery compartment.
•
Insert rechargeable battery packs as specified.
Ensure pole direction is correct!
•
Position battery compartment and push into the unit.
•
Ensure that both tabs latch into place.
