Troubleshooting
• Remove the safety key before carrying out maintenance on the machine or when checking that its parts are
in proper working order.
• To avoid unnecessary hassles, consult the following table before contacting a qualified repair person with any mechanical
issues.
Fault

Possible Cause
a) The safety key is not inserted

Remedy
a) Insert the safety key
b) Press safety lock button first ,then the
switch lever.
c) Charge the battery
d) Clean the mower deck. Make sure the
blade is free to move
e) Set the mower to a high cutting
height. Lift the front wheels slightly by
pressing down on the handle bar.
