La garantía no cubre las siguientes situaciones:
1. Failure to follow the HVLS Ceiling Fan installation instructions and any other installation-related instructions supplied
with the Product and related equipment.
2. Failure to follow electrical engineering industry standard for installation of electrical equipment similar to the Product
and its related component.
3. Failure or damage caused by the user's unauthorized replacement of the internal parts of the fan.
4. Damaged or malfunction of parts caused by the user's non-conforming environment.
5. Failure or damage caused by user's incorrect installation or other human factors.
6. Failure to provide reasonable and necessary regular maintenance as details on instruction manual
7. No warranty or guarantee, unless and except by separate written agreement, is made regarding the volume of air
movement generated by any Product or the effectiveness, fitness, or appropriateness of any Product for its intended
purpose or for the Customer's particular application.
8. Failure or damage caused to the Product by structural defects, structural movement or settlement of the premises in
which the Product is installed.
9. Failure or damage caused by force majeure factors(such as fire, earthquake, etc.).
