Do not leave the unit during the operation unattended.
Be careful, the unit heats up, hot water and steam come up out of the lid, it can cause burns!
PLEASE NOTE
De-scale the device when lime scale residues become visible. We recommend using a com-
mercially available descaling agent.
5.1 Before using

Clean the unit thouroughly and wipe the heating pan with a damp cloth.

Make sure that the device is still disconnected from power supply.

Place the device on a fl at surface.

Plug the plug into the power socket.

Fill water into the measuring cup until it reaches the 100 ml mark. Pour the water onto
the heating plate.

Place the egg holder on the heating plate.

Use the egg piercer to pierce the blunt end of the eggs. To do this, remove the protecti-
ve cover from the bottom of the measuring cup.
7.
Place the eggs into the egg holder with the blunt end facing up.
8.
Place the lid on the device. Make sure that the openings in the lid are not blocked or
covered.
PLEASE NOTE
Do not store pierced eggs, boil immediately.
5.2 Time-controlled hardness setting
Use the infi nitely variable control knob to select the desired hardness of the boiled eggs. The
egg boiler is equipped with a time-controlled hardness setting.
The electronic system is designed for size "M" (normal) eggs. When larger or smaller eggs are
used, the electronic system must be adjusted accordingly
(small egg = shorter boiling time, larger egg = longer boiling time). To achieve a perfect
boiling result always pour 100 ml water onto the heating plate. Boiling results may vary
