10.Arrange the food to be fryed while the
oil is getting hot.
11.When the oil has reached the desired
temperature, the green light indicator will
go off. NOTE: the green light indicator
will go on and off in cycles, meaning that
the appliance is keeping the desired
temperature. The red light indicator will
always be on while in use.
12.When placing the food inside the
basket, ensure it is completely dry. Do
not add water, ice or wet food. This may
cause dangerous hot oil splashes.
13.When frying frozen food, always
remove any ice scraps thoroughly.
14.Do not fill the basket beyond its
capacity.
15.Put the basket inside the oil deposit
and cover it with the lid.
