3.Take the power cord out of the cord
compartiment.
Operation
1.Ensure the deep fryer is unplugged.
2 .Assemble the control panel in the oil
tank. Check that the control panel is
safely installed and that the small red
security switch is activated. Otherwise
the deep fryer will not work properly.
3 .Remove the frying basket and put it
aside the oil tank.
4 .Use quality frying oil exclusively. It is
not recommended to mix different types
of oil.
5 .Fill the tank with oil between the MIN
and MAX marks approximately.
6.Do not fill the tank under the MIN mark
or above the MAX mark.
7.Ensure the temperature regulator is set
on the OFF position.
8.Plug the power cord in a suitable
electrical outlet.
9.Move the temperature control knob up
to the recommended temperature
