Personal Omelet te
Ingredients:

2 small beaten eggs
•
1/2 chopped green pepper
•
1 chopped tomato
•
1 tsp of cheddar cheese
•
Salt & Pepper
Steps:
•
In a bowl whisk together the eggs, salt & pepper.
•
Add the veggies & cheese to your egg mix.
•
Pour into the skillet and cover with the lid.
•
Cook until fully cooked. You may carefully flip it to brown both sides if
desired.
