Vanilla
Pancakes
Ingredients:
•
1/4 cup of sugar
•
1 1/2 cups of flour
•
Pinch of salt
•
1/2 tbsp of baking powder
•
1/2 cup of melted butter
•
1 cup of milk
•
1 egg
•
2 tsp of vanilla extract
Steps:
•
Stir together dry ingredients, add in butter, milk, egg, and vanilla.
•
Mix well.
•
Pour into the skillet.
•
Cook until bubbles appear on the batter, Flip very carefully.
•
Serve with Maple syrup and fresh berries.
•
Repeat with remaining batter.
