Slide Bar
1) For tile or concrete wall installation, drill 1/4" holes against the included paper template (not
shown) for insertion of wall anchors. For installation directly to a wooden stud or stinger, drill
(1/8"-5/32") pilot holes . Anchors should not be used if attaching to a wall stud.
NOTE: Reinforce when mounting on a hollow wall.
2) Clamp well the notches of the bracket and slide bar, then fasten the fastened brackets at the
upper and the lower ends with tapping screws, and screw in with a screwdriver.
3) As shown in the gure, clamp well the two upper escutcheons with the fastened brackets to
nish the product installation.
NOTE: As the fastened brackets are made of plastics, be sure to operate gently to prevent from
damaging the brackets.
NOTE: Do not scratch the chrome plating in the process of installation or disassembly.
NOTE: Do not install the slide seat wrongly. (Handle on the left; rotate the handle toward user
when fastening.)
NOTE: Before installation, be sure to fully clamp the lower escutcheon with the fastened
bracket. The lower escutcheon having "TOTO" should be installed onto the lower
fastened bracket.
