INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
IGNITION
1. Horizontal use (barbecue mode)
•
Adjust the settings of the device before switching it on.
•
Make sure that the tank is correctly fixed horizontally by means of the 2
purpose.
•
Clean the grill and rotisserie pins before first use.
•
Remove the grills
•
Arrange a first layer of charcoal over the entire surface of the fireplace. Distribute the charcoal
evenly, the layer of charcoal should not exceed a height of 15 cm from the bowl.
•
Place dry kindling, crumpled up newspaper under the charcoal.
•
It is better to light the charcoal with matches.
•
Once the first layer is correctly lit, have a second layer of charcoal to fill the tank to its maximum
capacity.
•
Allow the charcoal to burn for about 30 minutes, until it is covered with a light grey ash film, indicating
that the embers are hot. Distribute them evenly in the tank.
•
Put the grills back in place
that the device is very hot.
2. Vertical use (rotisserie mode)
•
Adjust the settings of the device before switching it on.
•
Make sure that the tank is correctly fixed vertically by means of the 2
purpose.
•
Clean the grill and rotisserie pins before first use.
•
Remove the grill
•
Arrange your charcoal in the metal basket in the tank.
•
Place dry wood, crumpled newspaper or fire-lighters in accordance with EN 1860-3 under the
charcoal. It is better to light the charcoal with matches.
•
Let the charcoal burn for about 30 minutes, until it is covered with a light grey ash film, indicating
that the embers are hot.
•
Cook food keeping in mind that the appliance is very hot.
