REPAIR AND CLEANING PROCEDURE

1. Unscrew the bolts (H) and remove the cap (G).
2. Ensuring the screws (A) remain into the muffler (B), unscrew them
and take away the muffler. Take away the o-ring (C).
3. Strike gently with a plastic tool through exhaust seat to remove the
spool valve (E).

AIR MOTOR SEALS (FIG. 6)
1. Unscrew the bolts (A) and remove the cap (B).
2. Unscrew the sensor sleeve (C).
3. With a manual clamp on the nut (D), pull the rod
(O) outwards untill its central recess appears
(Fig. 6a). Then, with another manual clamp, grab
the rod (O) on said recess to prevent sealing surface
to be damaged, and unscrew the nut (D) (Fig. 6b).
4. Remove o-ring (E) and ring (F), and replace them with
new ones later.
5. Unscrew the bolts (R). Pull the motor body (J)
outwards to free it along with bridle (L).
6. Take away the gasket (G) and replace its seals (H)
and (I).
7. Unscrew the bolts (M) and split the motor (J) from
the bridle (L). Take away the washer (K) and replace
the seal (H).
8. Take away the cylinder (50) while carefully holding
the air piston (Q). Replace the piston seal (P).
9. Re-assembly in reverse order, applying thread locker
in screws (M), nut (D) and sensor sleeve (C).
Note: all these seals are included in the available kit
(section SPARE PARTS KITS).

4. Replace the seals (E) with new ones or replace the whole spool with
its seals factory installed (section SPARE PARTS KITS). This is strongly
recommended in order to ensure the correct assembly of the seals.
