PIZZA SAUCE
500 ml strained tomatoes
1 onion
2 cloves of garlic
5 tablespoons tomato paste
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tsp. sugar
1 tablespoon oregano, dried
1 handful basil leaves, finely chopped
salt and pepper
Peel and very finely chop the onion and garlic. Heat the olive oil in a
saucepan over medium heat and sauté the diced onion and garlic until
translucent. Add the tomato paste and sauté. Sprinkle the sugar over the
top and let it caramelize briefly. Add the strained tomatoes and herbs,
mix thoroughly and simmer for 10-15 minutes. Then season with salt and
freshly ground pepper.

the end of its useful life. For this reason, take it to a free communal
collection point (e.g. recycling depot) for the recycling of electric
and electronic devices.
Warranty
We cover this device with a warranty of 2 years from the purchase date.
Damages due to normal wear, unauthorized use, improper treatment,
incorrect use, lack of care and cleaning, willful destruction, transport or
accident, and repair by unauthorized persons are excluded from this
warranty. Contact your dealer in case of warranty claim.
The warranty can only be honored if the device is accompanied by the
sales slip/receipt.
