Descaling the appliance
Notes
¡ Regular descaling:
– prolongs the life of the appliance
– ensures proper functioning
– saves energy
¡ If you are descaling the appliance with a
commercially available descaler, follow
the manufacturer's instructions for use
and safety.
¡ If you descale the appliance with vin-
egar, insert 2 tablespoons of vinegar into
the water that has been boiled instead of
the descaling tablet.
¡ If you use the kettle every day, descale it
in shorter intervals.
¡ After descaling, remove the limescale fil-
ter and place in a little vinegar.
