GENERAL INFORMATION
This user manual includes instructions on how to operate your appliance and what safety precautions
to take. Please read it carefully before first use and keep it somewhere safe for future reference. This
equipment should only be used by professionals and only qualified and experienced operators should
install, adjust or operate it.
Do not use this tool if parts are missing or damaged. This product must not be modified in any way.
WORKING ENVIRONMENT
Proceed with caution in unfamiliar environments. Unseen hazards may be present, such as those related to electricity
or other wiring.
Slips, trips and falls are a major cause of serious injury and death. Pay attention to hoses left on the floor. This ap-
pliance is not intended for use in potentially explosive atmospheres and is not insulated from contact with an electrical
supply. This appliance is intended for indoor use in a well-lit environment on level ground.
ENVIRONMENT
This equipment must only be used within the limits indicated on the rating plate and/or in the user manual. The safety
regulations must be observed. In the event of improper or dangerous use, the manufacturer shall not be held liable.
Temperature ranges:
Use between -10 and +40°C (+14 and +104°F).
Store between -20 and +55°C (-4 and 131°F).
Air humidity:
Less than or equal to 50% at 40°C (104°F).
Less than or equal to 90% at 20°C (68°F).
Altitude:
Up to 1,000 m above sea level (3,280 feet).
PROTECTING YOURSELF AND OTHERS
To protect yourself and others, follow these safety instructions:
Always wear impact-resistant eye protection when using the device.
Wear a safety helmet when working at height.
Wear protective gloves to reduce the risk of exposure to vibrations and hazards, such as cuts or abrasions.
Repeated movements and exposure to vibrations can damage hands and arms, shoulders, necks and other
parts of the body. In the event of numbness, tingling, or stiffness, stop using the appliance and consult a
physician.
Wear safety shoes to avoid injuries from falling parts, particularly when assembling the machine.
Wear a warm outfit when working in cold weather in order to keep your hands warm and dry.
Exposure to high noise levels can cause permanent and disabling hearing loss and other problems such as tinnitus
(ringing, buzzing, hissing or whirring in the ears). Therefore, risk assessment and the implementation of appropriate
controls for these hazards are crucial,
Exposure to vibration can cause disabling damage to the nerves and blood flow in the hands and arms.
Maintain a stable posture and secure footing when using the tool. It is a good idea for the operator to change posture
during a long task, which can help avoid discomfort and fatigue.
Hold the machine correctly; be ready to react to normal or unexpected movements and have both hands available.
