v)
Use only original spare parts for safe operation.
w)
If any of the tool's components are damaged, e.g. the housing, high-pressure
hoses or nozzle, do not use the tool.
x)
Before using the tool again, carefully inspect the casing or other parts that may
be damaged to determine if they will function properly and perform their
functions. Check the alignment of moving parts, mounting, and any other
conditions that may affect the operation of the tool. The cover or other parts
that are damaged should be repaired or replaced by an authorized service
center unless otherwise noted in this manual. Damaged switches must be
replaced by an authorized service center. Do not operate the tool if the switch
cannot turn it on and off.
y)
Do not leave the tool running unattended.
z)
Take good care of the tools. Keep the tools clean for better and safer
operation. Follow instructions for replacement of accessories. Extension cords
should be checked continuously and replaced if damaged. Keep handles dry,
clean and free of oil and grease.
aa) Keep the pressure hose away from sharp objects. A damaged pressure hose
can cause injury. Inspect the hose regularly and replace it if it is damaged. Do
not attempt to repair a damaged hose. Do not use damaged pressure hoses.
bb) Do not supply the unit with water at a pressure that exceeds the maximum
input pressure indicated on the nameplate.
cc) This equipment is intended for outdoor use.
dd) Some cleaning agents may be harmful if inhaled or ingested. Use a suitable air
filter mask when there is a risk of inhaling hazardous substances.
ee) If the unit is to be used in cold ambient temperatures, check all parts of the
unit and make sure that ice has not formed. Do not store the device at
temperatures below 0°C. The device is intended for use at temperatures above
0 degrees.
ff)
Do not disconnect the high-pressure hose from the unit and the spray gun
while the unit is under pressure. Doing so may cause injury.
gg) Make sure that the water used for pressure cleaning is free of any dirt, sand or
corrosive chemicals. This can adversely affect the life of the pressure washer.
hh) Caution! A high-pressure water jet can damage the surface being cleaned if the
method of use is not correct. Always test the water jet first in an open area,
and preferably on another surface that matches the structure of the one you
intend to wash.
ii)
Do not use flammable cleaning agents as there is a risk of explosion.
jj)
The machine is not suitable for connection to the water supply system. If the
machine were to be connected to the mains water supply, install a backflow
preventer in the inlet pipe to prevent dirty water from flowing back into the
drinking water system.
kk) CAUTION! Water that has flowed through the backflow preventer or through
the machine is considered unfit for drinking.
