PREPARATIONS AND DETERGENT – RINSE AID DISPENSERS
If the machine is connected to a water softener and/or reverse osmosis unit contact the detergent supplier for a specific
product. Peristaltic dispensers (rinse aid and detergent) require period maintenance. The tube inside the rinse aid
dispenser must be subjected to period maintenance (at least 1 or 2 times a year). All models in the range are equipped as
standard with both pumps, peristaltic pump for the detergent and peristaltic rinse aid pump.
detergent dispenser pump: Pump supplies approx. 0.9 g/s of detergent. The dispenser has a time/pause
adjustment, set the seconds required for the desired product. To adjust the quantity of detergent, turn the adjustment
screw with a screwdriver as shown in the figure below
rinse aid dispenser pump: Pump supplies approx. 0.1 g/s of rinse aid. The dispenser has a time adjustment, set the
seconds required for the desired product. To adjust the quantity of rinse aid during rinsing, turn the adjustment screw
with a screwdriver as shown in the figure below
RECOMMENDATIONS:
To have an indication on the quality of the product for the first calibration, refer to the doses indicated by the supplier of
the selected product. The adjustment should be refined by evaluating the washing results obtained after at least three
cycles to stabilize the results. In the basin there must be no foam at the end of the cycle, if there is, control the
temperature of the basin or reduce the dose of rinse aid.
Suggestion: to check the effectiveness of the rinse aid, look at glasses that were just washed up against the light. Drops
of water on the glass indicate that the amount is not sufficient, streaks indicate an excessive amount.
