PREPARING THE MACHINE

Insert the suction tube into the gelatine container.

SWITCHING ON THE MACHINE

1) Make sure that the mains voltage is the same as the one indicated on the electrical ratings
plate.
2) Plug the electric lead plug, joined to the machine, into the electricity voltage supply.
3) Press the 0-1 button on the machine control panel (see fig. 1.1). This starts the heating
process. The temperature value is shown on the thermostat knob (scale 0-90°C). Fig. 1.2.
The red warning light (fig. 1.3) will come on during the heating process until the set
temperature is reached (fig. 1.2). The warning light will go out and the machine is ready to
start the work cycle.
The heating cycle lasts for approximately 15 minutes.
