Add less than 150ML water, or not above
the water mark (Max).
Unplug the power adapter plug and
reset carefully.
Empty the excess of water carefully to
the max level line.
Refer to Maintenance part for cleaning
the mist plate.
Make sure that nothing is blocking the air
inlet located at the bottom of the diffu-
ser: The device must be placed on a flat
and hard surface. If the problem remains,
please contact the customer service.
Adjust the top cover and inner cover to
make sure they are properly aligned.
Adjust the room temperature of
humidity.
Gently pull on the plastic strip located at
the bottom of the remote to slide off the
battery insulation sheet.
Change to a new battery.
