Problem - Cause

The tool doesn't activate when pressing the

"ON/OFF" switch: :

� Discharged battery;

� The switch isn't working or the connections are

damaged;

The "ON/OFF" switch is locked:

� The safety lever isn't pressed;

The engine sounds irregularly, turns on

intermittently or spins slowly:

� Switch connections are damaged;

� Mechanical obstruction;

� The machine is running over excessive pressure,

engine in overload;

The accessories vibrate during operation:

� The locking flange isn't properly tightened;

The equipment heats too much:

� Machine in overload;

� Incorrect housing or internal parts assembly;

Solution

� Charge the battery;

� Repair or replace the switch;

� Press the safety lever;

� Repair or replace the switch;

� Check the mechanical parts;

� Reduce the pressure;

� Tighten the locking flange;

� Reduce the pressure;

� Check if there's any obstruction or parts touching the

shaft;
