The heat light will illuminate and turn off when the desired temperature is
reached. For grills with two plates: for the left plate the knob and lights are
on the left side and for the right plate on the right side).
The thermostat will keep the temperature constant.
Caution: The heating elements may cause a small amount of smoke to appear
during initial operation.

then unplug the appliance from the power supply.
The appliance is equipped with an overheating protection.
If the protection is triggered, remove the cause of its triggering and then reset
it by removing the cover and pressing the "Reset" button located on the back of
the unit.
The RC-EG001 model is equipped with separate protection for both heating
plates.
