PRIME AIR VALVE
The equipment is supplies by a regulation prime air, placed in the down part of the foyer
(Fig.7), to reach it it's necessary open the wood-drawer. A secondary fix air is placed in the
upper part of foyer sides, this one allows to improve the equipment functioning and the
heating power consequently with the lower Co emissions. Another secondary fix air is placed
on equipment door in visible model in the upper and lower part of ceramic glass, this device
keep in the long run, the glass clean

FUMES VALVE
The fumes valve is another functioning device,
placed under the cooking plate in the exhaust
fumes par, it can be moved with the flask placed
between the plate frame and handrail. (Fig.9)
This valve is employed to increase the
equipment
efficiency during the starting phase.
COOKING PLATE
For a good food cooking, it's advisable to employ pot with a plane bottom. The radiant
plate is for a quick and simple cooking. The hottest part of radiant plate is on rings, this
is the better part where place a pot to heat quickly.
The external part of radiant plate are better for food heating. Employ stick wood pieces
to have an high heating performance. Be careful to avoid the overheating of radiant plate,
because it damage seriously the equipment with any advantage in cooking performance.
