LOADING - TO RESTART WITH EMBERS ( Moderates flames )
In case of starting with embers, go on as follows :
Thicken the embers on centre foyer .
•
Open totally the prime air and the fumes valve
•
Wait few minutes till in the brazier appears a flame sufficient for a new starting.
•
Load some wood pieces and wait for the complete starting.
•
Replace the prime air and fumes valve in the normal position as indicated in the chapter
•
"Regulations".
SHAKING FOYER GRATE (Fig. 7)
Shaking the grate of the foyer, the ash will fall down into the ash drawer and the foyer
•
will be always clean and ready for next wood loading.

ASH DRAWER
The ash drawer should be emptied from ash using the thermic glove. The ash drawer
•
emptying should be done when the appliance is cold.
The ash drawer is placed under the foyer, to reach it, it's necessary to open the ash door.
•
The emptying of ash drawer must be done when the appliance is completely cold. Be
•
careful to the presence of ambers or warm pieces.
Do not forget to insert the ash drawer in its place. The functioning of the appliance
•
without the ash drawer has to be considered dangerous.
Please employ the thermic glove in case of ash drawer's emptying when the appliance is
•
still warm.
CHAFING-DISH
The appliance is equipped by a chafing dish placed under the oven (Fig. 6)
WOOD DRAWER
The wood drawer is placed in the low part of the
equipment. (Vedi Fig. 6)
The opening door is supported by sliding guides.
The max wood load of the drawer is 10 kg.

No insert in the wood drawer alcohol , fuel,
liquid combustibles or flammables materials
