Follow all WARNING and CAUTION statements provided in your WEBER Grill Owner's Guide.
m WARNING: Always wear heat-resistant barbecue mitts or gloves (conforming to EN 407, Contact Heat
rating level 2 or greater) when handling a hot accessory.
m WARNING: Do not use your accessory on your side burner.
m WARNING: Never submerge your accessory in water when it is hot. Thermal shock can cause damage
to your accessory.
m CAUTION: Do not set your accessory on a combustible surface, glass, or a surface that can be damaged
by heat.
Failure to follow these WARNING and CAUTION statements may result in serious bodily injury or may
result in a fire or an explosion causing damage to property.
Use and Care
• Clean after each use.
• Do not soak or immerse in water. The pizza stone is not dishwasher safe.
• Handwashing using a mild detergent with a non-abrasive nylon brush or sponge is recommended.
• Thoroughly dry before storing.
• Follow the instructions in your Weber
• Preheat barbecue for approximately 10-15 minutes with Glazed Baking Stone in place (B).
• On gas barbecues, do not turn on your sear burner with the stone.
• Place pizza on stone, close lid, and cook until desired doneness, checking periodically (C).
• When ready, transfer pizza from the stone to a heat resistant cutting board using a spatula, tongs, or a
pizza paddle (D).
• Wait for grill to cool completely, then remove pizza stone with carry rack and clean.
