Activating the hydrophore
Open the valve of the pump-powered device so that water can fl ow freely.
Check that the device switch is in the "off " position - O.
Put the power cord plug in the socket.
Turn the device on by pressing the switch and moving it to the "on" position - I.
The pump will begin pumping water. First by fi lling the tank and then pumping the water through the outlet hose. Initially, the water
jet may contain bubbles of air which remained in the outlet hose and in the device system after its fl ooding.
If you notice any irregularities in operation, such as increased noise, excessive vibrations, water leaks, immediately move the
switch to the "off " position - O, remove the power cord plug from the socket and determine the cause of the malfunction. Do not
restart the device before the cause of the malfunction has been eliminated.
Stopping the hydrophore operation and disassembling the water supply system
The hydrophore is switched off when the switch is set to the "off " position - O.
Open the valve of the device connected to the hydrophore and allow the water accumulated in the tank to fl ow out. This will also
allow you to balance the pressure of the water stored in the tank.
Place a vessel under the emptying opening of the hydrophore, and then unscrew the cover of the opening. Water will be removed
from the pump interior and the outlet hose.
Remove the inlet and outlet hoses.
The hydrophore should be tilted in diff erent directions in order to dispose of the residual water accumulated inside the pump and tank.
Open the infl ow opening of the pump, leave the pump inlet and outlet open, and allow the remaining water to evaporate from inside
the device. Use a soft dry cloth to wipe water from the device housing.
MAINTENANCE, TRANSPORT AND STORAGE
After fi nishing operation, the pump should be disconnected from the power supply and from the system in the order described
above. The device's exterior can be cleaned with a soft, damp cloth, then dried or left to dry. When cleaning the device, be careful
not to get the plug of the power cord wet.
Transport the device emptied and dried. Move by grasping the handle on top of the housing or by the housing. Never transport the
device by pulling or hanging it by the power cord. Transport in packaging which protects the device from dust and dirt.
Store the device emptied and dried. The water left inside the device can freeze and cause damage. Do not leave the device con-
nected to the water system in places where water may freeze. Store the device in shaded areas which provide good ventilation
and are protected against unauthorised use, especially by children.
