The cooking times indicated in the table are intended to be applicable after the development of the steam
and are only approximate. You can make corrections personally. Cooking time increases according to
the quantity of food to cook.
Advices
The cooking time may change according to the quantity of food to cook, to the placing of the food into the steam
bowl, to the food freshness and to personal tastes.
In case of stack food, cooking time will be longer.
If there is a big quantity of food to cook, lift the lid at half-cooking and mix the food with a long handle utensil.
In order to reduce and optimize the cooking time add the turbo ring while placing it over the heating element.
Cleaning and maintenance
Before cleaning, always unplug the power supply cord from the socket and let the steam cooker cool down.
Do never immerse the base and the power supply cord into water.
With caution, pour the remaining water into the water tank.
Wash, with warm water and liquid soap, the lid, the 3 containers, the rice container and turbo ring than rinse
and wipe all.
Clean the internal part of the water tank and the base with a soft wet cloth and wipe well.
It is advisable to descale the tank after approximately 8 consecutive uses, following the indications here under:
Place the turbo ring on heating element
Add clean water up to the MAX level by adding a small amount of white vinegar
Leave to rest for one night
Empty the tank and rinse it several times with clean water
