If incorrectly installed, the device can be dangerous and cause injury. Before any installation, check the data
of the electrical network. Connect the device only when there is compliance. The device must be unpacked

5.2 Use

The setting up of the device installation and maintenance should only be carried out by professionals.
• Do not leave the appliance running without watching it.
• During use, your hands must be dry.
• Do not move or tilt the device during operation.

COMMISSIONING
The device must be completely removed from its packaging. All guards must be completely removed. Place
the device on a solid, flat surface. Never put the display on a flammable surface.
Do not install this device near open fires or other heating devices.
The electrical cable must be protected to at least 16 Amps. The device must be plugged directly into a wall
outlet. Using a power strip will trip the device.
Heat the unit for 10 minutes until all the smoke and smell are dissipated.
Turn the switch OFF and unplug the unit, then use hot soapy water to clean the crepe maker.
NEVER use cold water on the stainless steel plates because you risk causing a thermal shock.
USE
The crepe maker does not require seasoning.
Block the wheels using the brakes.
Connect the device.
Once plugged in, press the ON/OFF button, the red light will come on.
Turn the temperature adjustment knob to the desired temperature. The temperature can be between 60° and
300°C. We recommend that you use this device at a maximum temperature of 250°C.
Place the screws to position the glass
correctly.
Then tighten all the screws.
